It's 18:55 in Nairobi. It's past 14:00, so an order now arrives tomorrow.
A town that isn't listed? Ask Makena before you order; the desks won't promise a town the site doesn't name.
Returns
Unopened bottles can be returned within 14 days. Opened bottles can't be returned, so ask for a free 2 ml sample first.
Tell the Orders desk your order number and it passes the return to Makena, who replies with a courier pickup.
Free samples
Any order can include a free 2 ml sample of any scent. Add it from a product page.
Paying
Prices are from the price list of Wed 4 Nov. PayPal charges in US dollars at 1 USD = KSh 129.00, fixed on your order. On this sample site, payments run in PayPal's sandbox; no real money moves.
Talk to Makena
Makena runs the shop (a sample person). She usually replies on WhatsApp within 3 hours (9:00–19:00). The sample shop is in Westlands, Nairobi.
What the desks can and can't do
The desks on this site are AI. They answer from this site's pages and catalogue, and build shortlists, comparisons and gift plans by rules. They pass anything else to Makena. They never take payment details, change your account or promise anything the site doesn't say.
